Just brought my z1000 in for a tire change. quick turn around! great service, definitely the best price for a quality job anywhere around here.

I took my Suzuki GS500 in for a new rear tire, front and rear brake pads, and oil change. He had the parts in the next day for less than retail, and the work was finished in a couple of hours. He even checked and filled my front tire without me having to ask.

Sean didn't mind answering my questions, and was very knowledgeable. I'm glad Gainesville finally has a motorcycle mechanic that isn't in business just to rip of the college students. He will definitely get my repeat business.

The folks at SK are the real deal: down to earth, driven, and good at what they do. I was very impressed by their dedication to what most shops would consider a low-priority transaction. They even staked out the oh-so-reliable UPS in order to get my tire. I recommend them to every rider I know, and will continue to consult them first on every job, big or small. Thanks again guys.

Paid the mere $40 to have my motorcycle showcased at their store. Picked it up a month later to sell it someone that gave me just under asking price. What craigslist couldnt do in 8 months, they did in under 1. Thanks again!

They might not have fixed my bike, but their honesty and integrity makes it so i will definitely go back! They took the time to tell me what they thought the problem was and then when it wasn't that, they didn't charge me and even made a house call to adjust something for me @ no charge. These people are good, honest people, who just wanna keep your bike "on the road" Thanks a ton again!

Shaun is a great mech-head and gives some really great deals. Clutch-cable broke, brought it in, and a few days and only 20 bucks, and my suzuki was perfect. Also ordered a great Cyber helmet. Got it the next day. SK is fast, reliable, friendly, and cool as hell. Thanks guys! Oh, I gotta get some new rotors, I'll stop by today.

I brought my bike in a lil over 2 months ago to have a few things done to it. They gave me an excellent price which was too good to be true. They told me while working on my bike, they were good about keeping people up to date on what is going on with the bike and how the progress was going. I did not receive not one phone call the entire time it was there. I had to call like every day to see what was going on with it. But every time I called it was the same ol thing we are busy right now and not had the time to get to it, which is bull because I have had my bike there longer then anyone else there!! If I knew they were going to take so long I would have taken it somewhere else! It almost seems like a hassle to get someone to do something that you are paying them to do. They lack customer communication skills, and respect for the customers!! I ended up having to get my bike back and take it down the street to Streights a well known bike shop. Unlike SK-Moto!! They never should have said they could do something if they couldn't!! So if I was anyone else that need something done on there bike, take it there!! They will treat you rite answer your questions, call you and keep you up to date on what is going on with your bike and treat you like a one of kind customer. AND TO WHO EVER READS THIS!! I have left a comment on here before and you deleted it!! Why? You want to know what your customer thinks of you? Well I am letting you know right now!! I am not to pleased!! So if you want to fix this in your future business, be straight forward with your customers and do the work you say will do. Doesn't mean you can just work on their stuff when ever you feel like it. People like fast and good repair. In my case 2 months is a long time to fix something. specially when you already have all the parts!!!

I brought in my 98 Bandit 600s for a valve adjustment, and chain adjustment. Shawn was very kind, and very informative about what he saw that my bike needed beyond my requested repairs. Instead of just looking at the bike and telling me what he thought, he brought out a couple of diagnostic tools and got down on his hands and knees to find ALL the problems, and exactly what was the cause. I picked up my bike about 3 days later, and he told me what was wrong, and what he fixed and replaced. My total came out to $167 for valve adjustment and chain adjustment which really shuts down the competition. Anyone that rides should make SK Moto their number one spot for parts, service, and advice.

Good Bike Shop

Took my Ninja 250 in to get a tire change. Shaun was patient and friendly. He was able to spot problems quickly, and the thoroughness of the job was impressive. I recommend this place if you're looking for great service at a lower price than any other shop in town.

Finally...

A shop where I do not feel like the mechanic is trying to suck every dollar out of my wallet and treats me like crap. This place is the opposite. You'll leave with enough money for food and gas and your bike will work better than when it went in. This is how they should all be, right? Wrong, but this place is it. Great service, great workmanship, great shop. I found the place I'll be bringing my moto to on the regular.

Thanks Shaun!

I brought my R6 to SK for some exhaust work and am very satisfied with the experience. Fast turnaround, great service, and a reasonable price. Not to mention care and attention to detail only I thought I could have for MY bike. Good luck finding all of that at a stealership or anywhere else!

Awesome new mechanic in town
 By Michael - Jan 4, 2010

Brought in my CBR for rountine maintenance this morning and Shaun, the mechanic, did a phenomenal job. Very close attention to detail and very knowledgeable with motorcycles. I would recommend him to anyone in the Gainesville area as his service is as good, if not better than the shops around town, for a fraction of the cost.‎
